Dr. Sarah Bouhroum

Sarah was born and raised in Algiers, Algeria. Becoming a veterinarian has been a family affair for her, as her aunt is a vet, and her father is a dog breeder. She has been surrounded by animals throughout her life. She graduated from the Veterinary Faculty of the University of Sad Dahleb Blida in 2021.

One day, she walked in the clinic door, left her CV, and has since worked as a veterinary nurse. After obtaining her license as a Veterinary Technician, she constantly surpasses herself in the veterinary field.

She is proudly one of our clinic’s Feline Friendly ISFM Ambassadors, ensuring cats are not treated like dogs!
People confuse Sara with a teenage girl, but she is 26! She speaks three languages: Arabic, French & English

She adores her four cats and loves to read books and enjoy the beach!

When she is not trying to help our furry babies, her days off involve going to the gym for a serotonin boost, taking long walks, watching historical documentaries (without falling asleep halfway through them), and listening to her favorite music. She is not a morning person.

Nikita-Ruzanov

Dr. Nikita Ruzanov

Junior Vet

Nikita is from Samara, Russia. He graduated from Samara Agricultural University in 2020 with a veterinary degree. When he arrived in Dubai in late 2022, he was barely speaking English. Now, he is not only fluent but also quite chatty! He is Dr. Sofia’s left hand and trainee, and he is very much interested in diagnostic imaging.

He likes to wear funny hats, not realizing the scale of their “funniness,” and collect thrifty items. Apart from his veterinary life, he produces electronic music, reads philosophy books, and explores Dubai’s nightlife.
