We have been with Panacea Vets for around 10 years now and would highly recommend them. From receptionists to nurses and doctors all are very welcoming, professional and amazing with animals. Dr. Zenia is a sweetheart and a super knowledgeable vet, very empathetic to the humans and to the animals. My cat Eddie is very apprehensive and gets very combative during vet visits. Usually, no one can make him have his deworming tablet. Today, we tried Panacea Vets, and the way they handled him was so good! He wasn’t combative at all and he even had his deworming tablet. Doctor Zenia had a general look at him, listened to his heart and figured that two of his teeth were black and had to be removed. Then gave us a comprehensive quotation for the procedure, which I found honest and not as expensive as other vets in town. They also have two separate receptions: one for dogs and one for cats, which I think is very helpful to keep the animals as calm as possible. I am staying at Panacea 💜
